No state has taken the election of President Donald Trump harder than California. The Golden State has long been overrun by liberals as Hillary Clinton’s swamping of Trump by over 4 million votes shows.
California hasn’t taken kindly to Trump’s win. State Democrats brought in former Obama regime fixer and ex-Attorney General Eric Holder as a legal hired gun and Hollywood celebrities are calling for coups, martial law, open rebellion, and even outright violence.
Unbelievably, a recent comic book/graphic novel “CalExit” promotes the idea of armed revolt against the United States government.

There’s a better chance of California seceding from the continent via the Big One hitting than there is of it seceding from the Union. Nonetheless, it’s fun watching California Liberals continue to mentally meltdown.

There are millions of decent real Americans in California. The calexiters think they would give up their property and flee to Texas. A California civil war would ensue and when the bullets started to fly we know who would be doing most of the bleeding.
Also they will become a magnet for every illegal immigrant in the rest of the country. When we lower our tax rate for corporations to 15% bye-bye California.
Secession should not be viewed as a hostile act. Anyone lifts one finger to stop any state form seceding has to answer to me and millions of other small ‘r’ republicans.
California already has too many electoral vote, so please don't give it more.

It sounds like a great number of Californication types could be charged with seditious conspiracy. Though the charges likely would not result in convictions and would likely be dropped, the arrest procedures would likely cause a great deal of them quickly requiring changes of undies. It might also cause them to start exercising the limited cerebellum power that God gave them and not running their mouths.

Eastern and northern California would not exit and would split the state, much like West Virginia did in the Civil War.
Many Californians, especially those in Northern California, would fight to keep California in the Union. Secession would result in California splintering. Any Calexiters who think the State would remain intact post-secession is delusional.
