WASHINGTON Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, resigned on Friday morning, telling President Trump he vehemently disagreed with the appointment of the New York financier Anthony Scaramucci as communications director.

I agree that Trump is not a conservative....but at this juncture in Washington I haven’t been convinced being conservative is what will get the work done at this stage.
His twitter fights are to distract and get the media all hyped up..it works...while he does his real work behind the chaos.
How true.. I so appreciate your persuasive peace-making skills, I really missed you when that remodeling project took you away......
There’s lots of ways to skin the Deep State Cat - just nobody’s ever tried for 20 years - and opoids are yet another avenue that a bunch of them can be arrested for. I’d like to think Jeff’s been working on the 4-5 separate ways each that can Al Capone them into cuffs. I know his pedophile arrests opened up tons of avenues to bagging the worst of them, if CAF can be fine-tuned to be effective and un-abusable, that’s just another arrow in our DOJ quiver.
And to the lefties "RUSSIA".
Now stop touching yourselves!
Scaramucci up at briefing and announces that Sarah Huckabee Sanders is the new Press Secretary.
Scaramucci donated $2,300 to Obama in 2008. He’ll get along fine with the President whom he called a “hack politician” in 2015.
His work is NOT done in the open. We do NOT know what he is working on.
But he's not getting bogged down with the Russian investigation and his recusal was "wise".
We're just not accustomed to Southern Gentleman.
Funny how quick Scaramucci went from a never-Trumper to a White House position.
“Potheads connect everytthing to their fixation on their pot.”
Bingo!
No thread on that yet... or the presser... good. I delight at a stand-up Southern Girl kicking the MenSeekingMen’s pansyasses everyday.
>> What exactly does Scaramucci bring to the job? <<
Wasn’t he one of the two guys who emceed for a month or so on Fox Business Channel’s “New” Wall Street Week program?
Those two chaps were so painfully boring that I literally couldn’t watch for more than a few minutes. And I guess other viewers might have reacted the same way, because the two MC’s were eventually replaced by “Money Honey” Bartiromo.
But who is little old me to question Pres. Trump’s judgement in this matter? He may have very good and valid reasons to want a communications director who is boring on TV.
“So far Sessions has missed the boat on what needs to be done to combat drug addiction and deaths in the USA.”
Tell us what needs to be done to “combat drug addiction and deaths in the USA.”?
“I have no problem going after options and pharma...after all, they heavily funded the Pubbies who are stopping trump on obamacare...Id also like to see CARA Therapeutics get their pot based pain killers fda approved...”
What does that last sentence have to do with anything? It seems a non-sequitur.
Exactly. It’s like like a freakin’ cult over that crap.
Does he do the Fandango?
If so, that's very
Thunderbolts and Lightning
(Very, very frightening!)
I'm with you on that and I felt I saw too many instances where Spicer had opportunity to strike at the heart of the matter and sloughed off.
>>Sessions is hostile to the POTUS. He is the enemy along with the Democrats and RINOs all over Washington DC.
He’s hostile because he exposed himself as being GUTLESS, and the President called him on it. FIRE HIM NOW, MR. PRESIDENT!
That's the most impressive thing about President Trump.
Most people just don't get it. You do!
I wouldn’t go so far as saying those are peacemaking....rather I’m a big picture person rather than ‘react’ to the press feeds as so often happens. They feed on people ‘reacting’ and getting hyped up. Once something hits it’s best to ‘think’ first about the big picture affect and then narrow it down. That is not ‘always’ easy to do.
We’ve got a great President that took me too long to get on board with....but once I did the ‘vast’ homework and convinced this was the man we needed I was and remain all in.....that’s just not going to change. We have the right man for what needs to be done.
Sessions is a good man and recognized early on he would be given the ‘go’ to do what he knew and could set in motion...and that’s what we’re seeing. But it’s still Trumps call on giving the thumbs up to move.
