You are correct. It does matter. This ultimately is a job for the Supreme Court. But the hurdles are substantial to reach that level. Our whole country turned a deaf ear last time. They didn’t want to hear it.

The few snippets I have seen of Kamala Harris showed her to be rude, lacking in manners, though perhaps a reflection of poor parenting. And she was waving her arms in a silly and excitied way like she loses control easily.
If trump is successful she will run in 2024. They will dig up Biden or sacrifice Warren to challenge a hot incumbent.
Which could be to her benefit. It would seem prudent to bear in mind the Blues expressed themselves via the popular vote in the last election; and did so in support of a patently unqualified/criminally chargeable candidate.

In an earlier contest, the MSM thoroughly supported, indeed groomed, a "this guy came out of nowhere" candidate. "Nobody had heard of him", but he had a thick and unflattering record available to all.
