Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg declined to announce her retirement, once again, on the last day of the session on Monday.
Also, Justice Anthony Kennedy declined to his announce his retirement, though he could do so over the summer.
The 84-year-old Ginsburg the Notorious R.B.G., to her fans has been on the Court since 1993, when she was appointed by President Bill Clinton. Since then, she has been a reliable liberal vote for 24 years....

I wondered the same thing. Heck, a few years back she was hunched over at a State of the Union address, sawing logs. Now, I agree Hussein is boring as watching paint dry, but the rest of them managed to hold their heads up and at least look like they were awake.
Either that picture was doctored, or she doesn’t need glasses.
She was a pretty woman at one time.
It’s her insides that seem to have gotten the worst end of the deal over time, and her exterior is coming in a close second.
RBG would be rolled into court in a hospital bed with oxygen and IVs before she’d voluntarily retire with Trump in office.
She was confirmed 93 to 6.
There werent 93 Democrats in the Senate at the time.
After vote 51, votes 52 to 100 are in material. There were 57 Dem senators in 1993.

So, as soon as 51 is reached nobody has any Principles.
Got it.
The Republicans are Cowards.
They were Cowards then and they are Cowards now.
RBG, December 1953.?
No way Jose.. What happened?
No way!!!
I remember the rhetoric around those votes:
“A president is entitled to have his nominees get a fair hearing.”
“While I don’t agree with his/her politics, there is nothing that disqualifies [insert leftist nominee here] from serving on the bench.”
The Democrats laugh(ed) at how Republicans allow(ed) themselves to to have their own magnanimity and virtue used against them. And that’s the beauty of Trump—to him, losing gracefully is still losing; he prefers to win.
Years of evil take a toll on anyone.
I pray for God to open up some Liberal seats. One way or the other...
LOL
This may work out very nicely for our side.
Ginsburg hangs in there unto death, which cant be more than a few years away.
That gives Trump time to drain more of the swamp, while give us the possibility of replacing some of the uniparty on our side in 2018.
This might all conspire to aid in the appointment of someone who actually knows the Constitution as written and intended and the personal integrity to stick to it in interpretation.
The smartest thing the left could do, atm, imo, is to force both Kennedy and Ginsberg out now so they have at least some hope of getting someone compatible to their destructionism in their place.
WOW! She was a babe!
They’re both in their 80s they could die, or their health could fail at any moment.
Steven Bryer is 79, not exactly a spring chicken, he too could die or health fail at any moment.
Can see ya movin’ down that long lonesome highway...
No make up can cover up the evil as it oozes out of her.....
Weekend at Bernies.
Thanks to Ross Perot we got BJ Clinton who gave us this evil beach.
