Reporters are growing infuriated with the White Houses new press strategy designed to make them look ridiculous, a Thursday profile reveals.
The White House is adopting a new approach to the way that it handles press briefings with the hopes of messing with reporters, CNN reported.
The approach works like this: the White House will host a public briefing one day and then cancel their briefings for the next few days, causing outrage from media outlets and their reporters. When the anger over a lack of press briefings builds up, the White House will host an off-camera briefing and continue the process all over again.
Reporters have grown furious with this method as they are continually worked up into a frenzy over the White Houses constant changes to the press briefings, how they are conducted and the lack of answers from Press Secretary Sean Spicer.

Better watch out Mr. President or the press will begin making stuff up... oh wait a minute, they already do.
If the MSM is displeased, keep doing it. If they’re angry, make it policy. If they’re neither, change things up.
That, and the side bets they have with each other on talk time, order of being picked, most interruptions, most nonsensical question asked, etc.
I keep reading and rereading this article looking for something bad about this. I can’t find anything.
I haz a sadz...............
When Trump kicks them off Air Force One, then he’ll be doing something that needs to be done (for security reasons, of course).
Cut the hanging thread.
It’s a hang-nail.
Fixed it.
I dumped my liberal friends. I realized they are useless, ugly, violent, did I say ugly? And my life is so much more peaceful.
Everyone should try it!
From CNN:
Five months into Donald Trumps presidency, White House-media relations are hanging by a thread.
CNN has always full out opposed President Trump. If they want any kind of “relations” they need to apologize and promise to be nice. That goes for nearly all of the Establishment media.
Suck it up, cupcakes! When you start telling the truth maybe things will change.
Trust me: this is this week’s cheese in the maze.
So reporters are upset because they...
1. won’t be able to preen before the cameras, and
2. won’t be able to splice and dice the tape for the evening news.
Hahahaha!!!!!!!
Why give enemies of the state a big platform for gotcha questions? This actually does my heart a world of good!
I can only assume CNN wants to continue the sort of "relations" with the White House press corps that a bull has with a cow...
And Trump is having none of that, so CNN is having a cow!
If MSM did such an honest job, we the people would be in their corner. But they aren’t, so we are not.
Talk about your ‘snowflakes’.
Trump administration-media relations... They have a relationship like I had with Stephanie Swathmore, senior class hottie. I worshiped the ground that she walked on, and she had no clue that I existed. In other words, there was no relationship whatsoever. If Trump wants to muck with that relationship, I say rock on, dude.
Fun article. If CNN and ABC are furious, that proves it’s the right thing to do. Winning!
