Ossoff’s hits on Handel were that she bought all these things for herself with tax money. I never heard her deny any of that.. but I don’t live in that district and may not been privy to all the commercials they ran. What I heard was enough and glad it’s over. However, if she didn’t take issue with those charges, it would have been a huge mistake.. people don’t like that kind of thing.. tho I’m sure ossoff has more to hide than anyone.
Most of his 'nastiness' is a myth perpetuated by a single writer who despised him.
His contemporaries viewed him as as good guy who was very competitive.

Comments at the NYT reporters’ “discuss the results live” link near the top of the NYT Election Results page (next to the first map) are interesting ... worth checking out now and again.
It’s clear that Handel did much better in the early in-person vote than Republicans as a group did in the first round in April. The question is to what extent those votes will cannibalize votes that would otherwise have come on election day for the GOP. It doesn’t make for a perfect comparison given that in April, their voters had some incentive to wait to make their decision, as Handel was one of many viable GOP candidates on the ballot. With that said, I’d rather be in Handel’s position than in Ossoff’s so far.

Danged near everyone of the republicans are RINOs in some form or else. So, she will simply fit right in. I have not felt good, really good, satisfied, since I last pulled the button for Ronald Reagan. 99% of the rest I have had to hold my nose for the most part.
