I just saw it reported on Fox that he walked up to another congressman, asked if these were Republicans or Democrats down on the field.

The congressman (I didn't get the name) said, "This is a Republican game."

The congressman then walked away, thinking nothing of the question, and in a few minutes the guy started shooting.
