Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, said Wednesday evening in an interview with the Washington Post that President Trump’s behavior as described by former FBI director James Comey in a prepared statement ahead of his testimony was “certainly evidence of interference or obstruction.”
“It is certainly evidence of interference or obstruction,” Schiff said adding, “the question I think is where does this action fit in with other actions of the president and what does the complete picture that emerges look like.”
Comey's statement says Trump told him he hoped he could “let go” of the FBI’s investigation into former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn and details an exchange in which Trump asked for Comey’s "honest loyalty."
“I still think there’s a lot we don’t know obviously,” he emphasized, “there are some questions that did not get answered today that will have to be answered and I’m confident will be answered.”

Trump is doing what a president is supposed to do. And the left wants to criminalize him for doing his job. They claim enforcing the borders is him violating the Constitution. They claim coordinating with foreign powers on our mutual interests is disclosing classified information. That’s something in his power to do even if it was true. And it’s not. Yet you have a secretary of state treating classified information like trash and getting people killed by her sloppiness. Yet they think she’s presidential material.
These clowns belong in an asylum, prison, or six feet under. And anywhere other than near an office of power.
President Trump was trying to determine the character and competence of a guy he ‘inherited’, while Comey was behaving like a guy who felt he had to keep a diary - ‘just in case’.
Comey was used to working for ‘politicians’ who lie and turn on you. He was not open or showing integrity to Trump and paid the price.
I am assuming this is after reading the statement yesterday. I wonder how Schiff Head likes his nothing burger.
Rep. Adam Schiff is a politician, a Demonicrat, and from California.
Those factors reduce Schiff’s statements to having a value slightly smaller than Planck’s constant.
The disturbing part of the report is that Schiff is the “ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee.”

As POTUS, Trump could have gone to Comey and said: “Drop the Flynn investigation right now.” Still not illegal or obstruction. Trump could have also pardoned Flynn. Still not illegal or obstruction. POTUS ultimately controls DOJ and FBI.
Some “minions” are putting together articles now. On what grounds? Uh we don’t like the way President Trump acts so he should be impeached. Guess that don’t get it huh.
