CrowdStrike is the company (headed by a Ukrainian national) that inspected the DNC servers. No member of law enforcement (FBI etc) was allowed to inspect the servers. Instead, CrowdStrike prepared a report that's been the sole basis for the "Russians hacked the DNC" story.
In this exchange, reference is made to Panda. We now know that "Panda" was a frequent nickname of Seth Rich. He would cheer up co-workers dressing as a Panda. He used "Panda" in several email accounts (Pandas4Progress was one of many).
I know. The plaque I assume you’re referring to. Wording of it is very odd.
Does it mean “PANDA” as all panda bears? Panda referencing another person? PANDA as an acronym?
Who wrote it? The family? The DNC?
Hillary gave a speech right after Seth was murdered using it as a reason we need more gun control. Hillary met in person with his family in Omaha.
The DNC hasn’t put up any money as a reward to catch the killer, but they have paid a PR guy to speak on behalf of the family. The PR guy was the source of the ‘the family demands an apology’ stories that came out when Hannity covered the Kim DotCom story.
Jonathan Rich, cousin of Seth, posted on social media when the death took place he believed Seth had been murdered. Seth’s brother popped up and told him to shut up. So within the family there are doubts and speculation. Seth has a brother. So the parents have that fear as well.
The family interview I posted on this thread is worth watching. The family know this was odd, but seem cautious in what they say. Seth had bruises on his hands as if he fought with his attackers. He was shot in the back. But he was alive when police arrived.
The police initial report is online. Indicates the officers were wearing body cams. We’ve never seen that footage.
Kim DotCom identified a dozen cameras in the area. We’ve never seen any of that footage as well.

Both the groups had a long rap sheet. COZY BEAR - which had been inside the DNC’s system since the summer of 2015 - had previously hacked the White House and the US State Department. FANCY BEAR - which had breached the network separately in April 2016 - had hacked victims across the world, including the German Bundestag.

There, in a nutshell, is exactly why Seth Rich was taken down. When I looked at an earlier graphic, I wondered if all 4 deaths occurred prior to the DNC Convention (I don’t know the date of it yet). But now, this makes me think the timing is right on.

ICBW, but I think it was the DNC and NOT the FBI that had CrowdStrike examine the servers. The DNC refused to hand them to the FBI.

If you remember, Bernie was blasted by the DNC, Hillary, media for accessing files at the DNC. This was done by Seth’s buddy who was then fired.
Yet another strong MOTIVE for Seth to leak.
He had access as head of IT for the DNC.
He had motive - he was a Bernie supporter and the DNC was fixing things against Bernie. His friend he recommended for a job just was fired and nationally disgraced for accessing DNC files Bernie was supposed to be approved to access. Small world of politics, that guy was out of a job and possibly career.
Now we see CrowdStrike refer to “Panda” as the hacker, a name frequently used by Seth.
I hope the Special Counsel investigating the Russians directs his attention the DNC servers and finds out what took place.

The DNC refused to hand over the servers because they’d be waiving all rights.
Basic 4th Amendment law — not a ‘seizure’ requiring a warrant if the perp hands you the evidence.
No telling what other emails are on there and there’s certainly a possibility the DNC fixing the election was an illegality... CNN sharing questions for Hillary might have been a FCC violation.
DNC also wanted to control the narrative. Hire their own guys and tell them what to say to have the maximum political benefit.
We’re months into Trump’s presidency and the media is talking about IMPEACHMENT over this nonsense.

What Alperovitch calls “Fancy Bear” and “Cozy Bear” are more commonly known as APT28 and APT29, respectively.
I wonder how the timing of that post (”the one who betrayed us”) fits with the day Seth went from being pro-Bernie on social media to being anti-Hillary.
The guy saying a group of pandas are an embarrassment - and copying the message to the already-dead Seth Rich Twitter account - says that at least one person thought Seth was leading a GROUP of pandas, and that this tweeter didn’t like it.
Yeah, no doubt SR was leading other pandas (from what we’re seeing).
Hillary cannot afford to let this grow by July 25, 2016. Neither can the DNC who rigged the game against Crazy Uncle Bernie against Lying Corrupt Hillary.
Seth Rich sees the game is rigged and nothing can stop it (the DNC Convention crowing of Hillary).
So, Seth Rich goes full-bore - passes on to Wikileaks.
And Seth Rich just happens to wind up dead 33 days before the 2016 DNC Convention.
Well, gee - that’s some great coincidences if Queen Hillary gets elected - then James Comey stays and helps cover it all up.
How does the FBI take third party verification from something this sensitive.
It is all too contrived and convenient, as if the DNC wrote it up themselves.
I would like a patriotic FBI agent come forward and reveal all this for the politicized crap that it is.
And now it’s being said Mueller plans to burn all Seth Rich evidence as he discovers it.
Tom Fitton’s on the case, though, Mueller best not try to burn anything Tom’s got an FOIA on. Hell, that’s probably WHY Tom had to jump in, Mueller’s appointment.
A bunch of commies and one got murdered by his comrades. Nothing new here. The three on film are hoping to stay alive by playing along.

Looks like (duh) we have one and quite likely, several murders that protected HRC and the DNC’s rigging of their preferred candidate.
