Early Monday evening as details of a loud explosion at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester England were first rolling in, something obviously very wrong as MSNBC’s chyron was reporting “at least 20 dead.” But for the network’s Law Enforcement Analyst Jim Cavanaugh on Hardball, the terrifying noise could have been anything, including a very loud balloon popping as he told host Chris Matthews.
"The police have not told us the cause of this loud explosion. There was some reports of smoke, but we could have people injured in an accidental explosion, some kind of event in there with equipment, loud noise, you know, sometimes these concerts use fireworks, so there's reports that there's large gas filled balloons there."

Sounds like the ‘Gas-Filled Balloon’ was the so-called “analyst”.
I guessed ‘muslim terrorist’ when I first caught a note on it elsewhere many hours ago (just now getting back on).
Seems like Captain Obvious applies much more often than not.
Just HOW is msnbc staying on the air? Do they have a money tree somewhere?

I’m going to call it now; we’ll know about all the terrorist attacks but most of the populace will not because they will go non-reported for the next eight years.

“NBC law enforcement expert Jim Cavanaugh says we should stop identifying terrorists and terrorist groups such as the Islamist State as Muslim.
“They are not the greater population of Muslims and that is something that we really don’t take to heart in our comments. We call these the Islamic State. Why are we giving them that power? We shouldn’t say that,” Cavanaugh told Al Sharpton on the Friday broadcast of his MSNBC program.

They'll say the deaths of these children is not as horrific as the Newtown Connecticut shootings which were the result of (in their opinion) lax gun laws.
What else could it be? That’s always where my mind goes first.

I would say this was another instance of projection, which the Left does all the time. They know about blowing smoke and gas. They are the gas filled balloons and are a danger to themselves.

Last thing on earth they will ever admit to is being wrong. If they admit they were wrong they will have a rationalization blame list of others as to why they were wrong.
Media can’t ever be forced to recognize they don’t look bad or screwup. They are good liberals. They don’t ever screw up or are biased. No genuine introspection allowed.
It was a suicide bomber, that much we know now. But how stupid are they on that network?
So MSNBC now hires the second coming of Crazy Guggenheim to be their expert terror analysis. Nice.

If it had been an accident, the cause would have been immediately reported. The delay is justified if the report might lead to other unrest.
