A Russian man wanted by the Justice Department on charges connected to hacking U.S. companies now claims the FBI offered him immunity in exchange for accepting responsibility for cyberattacks targeting former Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
Yevgeny Nikulin, the alleged hacker, laid the claim to Russian media Thursday in a letter sent from a Czech Republic prison cell amid an international extradition battle currently underway between Washington and Moscow.
FBI agents promised Mr. Nikulin money, American citizenship and a free apartment for taking the fall over hacking Mrs. Clinton’s campaign, he alleged in a letter published Thursday by Nastoyashchoe Vremya, a Russian-language website.
“[They told me:] you will have to confess to breaking into Clinton’s inbox for [President Trump] on behalf of [Russian President Vladimir Putin],” Mr. Nikulin wrote, as translated by The Moscow Times.
“He was offered to falsely testify that he was cooperating in the attack on the Democratic Party,” defense attorney Martin Sadilek said Thursday, the Associated Press reported. The FBI declined to comment.

Seth Rich's killer is unlikely to have been Russian.
Much more likely is, he actually did what the Russians are only accused of doing, and was killed for it by those who stood to lose the most from his treachery leakery.
IOW, the DNC was an inside job, not a hack by the Russians or anyone else.

It would be a contest to see who could destroy their country faster - millions of illegals, unlimited welfare, completely destroying Americans and bowing to sharia law.

Sadly, if you read the comments to articles in the WaPo, NYT, or on Twitter, the left is worked up into a cultlike foaming rage over this. They truly, truly believe that the media would not lie to them and that Trump’s impeachment for this is nigh. The media knows what they are doing whipping these people up into hysterical outrage with every headline - giving them hope that Trump is about to be impeached. The media hopes that this is true, by the way. They WANT to discover that Trump colluded with the Russians. They WANT another Watergate where they can pat themselves on the back and be heroes for destroying Trump. Their goals is nothing more than his destruction. They are the opposition party, and they’ve dropped all pretense of objectivity (it was a thin line before that anyway).
This is very interesting, and if true, it is a game changer. If true, the Russian narrative crumbles like a house of cards.

The Democrats are so damn stupid for pushing this Russian narrative on interfering in the presidential race. Are you telling me the party that had orgasms over Gorbachev, and over the decades has had close relations to Russia and communist Soviet Union, now considers them the enemy? The Kremlin probably has a warehouse full of incriminating evidence involving Democrats and Russian/Soviet officials over the years. We’re talking espionage, shady business deals and other activities that provided a benefit to Mother Russia while affecting us negatively. Vlad is just sitting on this explosive info and will no doubt bring it out when the time is right.
