Meet James Patterson's newest co-author: former President Clinton.

Patterson and Clinton are co-writing a thriller titled "The President Is Missing," which is scheduled for release in June 2018. The book is about the disappearance of a sitting president.

Is it a story about a draft dodging crap weasel that protests against his government on foreign soil, who goes on to rise through the political ranks of a corrupt political party, killing, raping and ruining the lives and careers of dozens along the way while making millions of dollars selling out his country to Chicoms?

Because they say you should write about things you know.

Have you read anything by Patterson?

I have picked up a few of his books here and there - airport bookshops mostly.

I can usually read almost anything on an airplane to make the time go by but I never finished one of Patterson's books.

I was never able to get more part way through before I gave up.

There was just something about his style that I found disconcerting.

But I know some people that love his books.

I’m no prude but I got sick of Patterson’s looong explicit sex chapters. I did enjoy some of the Alex Cross novels but feel no need to spend my $ on soft porn.

Have you read anything by Patterson?

Whenever I see his name, I think, "Oh yeah. The guy who wrote The Notebook.

But apparently, he isn't.
