Macron wins French presidency by emphatic margin: projections

Emmanuel Macron was elected president of France on Sunday with a business-friendly vision of European integration, defeating Marine Le Pen, a far-right nationalist who threatened to take France out of the European Union, early projections showed.

The centrist's emphatic victory, which also smashed the dominance of France’s mainstream parties, will bring huge relief to European allies who had feared another populist upheaval to follow Britain's vote to quit the EU and Donald Trump's election as U.S. president.

The 39-year-old former investment banker, who served for two years as economy minister but has never previously held elected office, will now become France's youngest leader since Napoleon with a promise to transcend outdated left-right divisions.

Burn France.

I have no sympathy for you.

Liberalism has no sense of self preservation.

Can’t save that.

I understand what you are saying but as Western Civilization falls under the Muslim Yoke piece-by-piece, it worries me.

What did we fight WWII for? What was the point?

Jews from Europe have been moving to Israel by the tens of thousands for the last three years. Eight thousand from France alone moved to Israel in 2015. Video by Vice News documented it.

Even if it is 54-46 for Macron, the Le Pen message will definitely not go away. That win would almost be completely built on Paris as well. When 4 in 10 of your citizens are absolutely mad, that is a message sent.

The Dem voters would elect any candidate on the Dem ballot.
Even Mr./Ms. Alluah Akbar would win.

France has been on the steady low down since Napolean. No one should be surprised by how the frogs vote.

France has survived through famine, war, occupation and pestilence. Some pretty bleak periods in its history. All it took was the enemy within, a party of globalist to bring her down. Adieu.

I guess France really isn’t in ENOUGH pain yet. They seem to prefer revolution to voting, anyway. Hope Macron has the sense to clamp down on the jihadis.

I would actually be quite heartened if it was 54-46, it would put the results within the globalist voter fraud margin.

No way it will be 65% of the vote, only fraud will put the numbers that high.

We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, Churchill.

Many true and brave French soldiers have given their lives in pursuit of freedom. The military doesn’t make policy and they damn sure don’t elect leaders. Neither does ours—we are a tiny percentage of the overall population.

At this rate, there will be a segment of the French populace who will just give the middle finger and leave France.

Mass migration....the “Caucasian Stampede”

Seeing France burn to chaos will be a “teachable moment”.

And we can’t absorb LePen voters; 3/4 of them would vote RAT over here, or more.
