Here's a cut from an album of anti-war songs put out by the Almanac Singers, a Communist group, in the spring of 1941, when the Hitler-Stalin pact was in force. It was on the market for only a few weeks when Hitler attacked the Soviet Union. Then the Communist Party line shifted from anti- to pro war, and the album was pulled off the market. The song is a ripoff of Jimmie Rodgers'
