Lilacs, thanks. I don’t know my flowers :-(
Oh, I can smell their lovely fragrance.
Simply beautiful, one of my favorites.
Had a beautiful lilac bush at the old house, planted one here but it has never grown, tried moving it as it wasn’t getting enough light but didn’t help.
Spicer presser going to start anytime now.
I hate what happened to BOR, too.
As the left pushes harder, we’re starting to push back harder, too.
So glad to see the Coulter lawsuit.
:-)
I caught myself really being aggravated when our President called in Nikki Haley and then the nerve of him giving her an important assignment when she really was HORRIBLE toward him while he was running. More like I was furious to be honest!! Now she’s in a position I question why we are even in the UN but she has really excelled and beyond my farther dreams. I am totally shocked at her skill and remarkable presence for our country. I’m eating crow and I don’t mind it one little bit. LOL
You and me both, sick, sick, sick of it.
In politics when one party is down in the dirt it’s hard to take the high road.
Wilbur Ross is now speaking at the presser.
Thank you, LG and lysie
On a lighter note, that same day that my Dad said that, I told him “I am your daughter.”
He said” Gee, you got OLD!”
So, kind of a sad/ funny day if there is such a thing!
Who is speaking, oh commerce secretary. I missed the intro.
Sorry. I didn’t word that right. I took care of her because of my love for my father-in-law and hubby.
I thought the same thing. I thought he just did that to get her out of South Carolina, where her lieutenant governor would be more supportive of him. But like everyone has said, trump knows people. :-)
Bittersweet. I wonder if he recognized you after all? Or maybe just trying to say something. My mother always tries to cover up that she doesn’t remember something. She’s always been incredibly vain And unfortunately that didn’t go away along with her memory.
That was extremely magnanimous of you. You certainly went above and beyond. You will have blessings for that, for sure!
I know the feeling of doing it too soon.
When I was working I changed out my clothes during Spring Break in Mar. then I froze and wore a sweater for a couple of months.

I’m here every morning 5-6 A.M. with my cup of coffee.Don’t post much-seems as if other people say the things I would say-only better.
Your kitchen is truly awesome! Love the cabinets. Sorry you didn’t get your black iron cook stove. Am dreading the day it becomes too hot to run mine. Hubby has chicken, baked potatoes and biscuits ready to put in for “supper” tonight. We still have “dinner” here at noon when we go to the beach and eat, giving our bread crusts to the gulls who have learned to wait for us and nearly fly in the car window in their eagerness to beat out other gulls.
Have planted 60 strawberry plants (picked 110 quarts last year). Try to have a smaller garden every year, but doesn’t seem to end that way, much to the pleasure of our relatives and neighbors. Daughter said last year,”mom, please don’t plant enough green beans for the whole town.”
We still harvest 4-5 cords of wood every summer thinking every year that next year we will have to buy it and have it delivered, but as we truly enjoy “wooding” as we call it, will continue as long as we can. Worry about hubby using chain saw alone so try to be with him when he is using it as I would rather be outside than in the house any day.
Yes, I am a Trump fan in this blue state. Hillary had me so upset with her criminal activities. How anyone could condone her criminality!!!

You are welcome, Ms. B.
Wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy let alone a loved one.
I don’t mind at all.
I have Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy.
My PCP (personal physician) is an Osteopath.
He is just an OUTSTANDING Doc. I would be lost without him.
He and a few other Docs finally figured it out.
I was glad when my diagnosis was finally found and given a name.
At last, I knew what I was dealing with!
In some people RSD will flare and go away.
In some cases like mine, it NEVER went away.
You can read more about RSD here: https://www.verywell.com/what-is-reflex-sympathetic-dystrophy-syndrome-rsd-190361
Many things can trigger RSD.
In my case it was multiple surgeries on my knee.
My mothers identical twin developed Alzheimers, and we all thought it might be GOOD for her to see her twin sister to stir her memory...but toward the end, any time she saw her twin, she got a terrified look on her face, and I tried to imagine what she may have felt as an “out of body” experience. It is truly an horrific disease, and there is a special place in heaven for those who care for them!
FOX Business-
Thank you, NIKK.
It sure was heartbreaking.
I’m glad he is in peace with our Lord now.
