typical democrat tactic: attack the person when the issue is against you.
The issue is whether Trump was surveilled and the information that Nunes has that proves that fact.

I love the Waffle House.

When Trump first tweeted that he was being spied upon by Obama, all the Dems said if Trump has some info to prove that then he should provide it. The Senate Intelligence committe also asked Trump for any proof so now that Nunnes says there is proof, everyone is going crazy saying its from the White House.

Rep. Trey Gowdy stood by his colleague, Chairman Devin Nunes, even after Democrats like Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer have demanded his resignation due to uncertainty over whether he can continue to serve as an impartial arbiter.Chuck Scummer will now call for Trey Gowdy to resign. "It's impossible for Gowdy to be impartial when he's in the tank of Nunes who supported Jeff Sessions who wanted Flynn to stay in office after he supported Donald Trump who is a Russian spy!!!11!q1!!"

If there is only one truly trustworthy member of Congress, a distinct possibility, it would have to Trey Gowdy. My favorite Congressman by a mile.
Oops, I left out Ted Cruz. Now that will be a less popular choice. But amongst the sad list of GOP Senators who is better?

Gowdy Stands Up For Nunes: I Dont Care If Info Came From White House Or Waffle House If It's True It's a great sound bite, but in my opinion that's about all Trey Gowdy has produced in Congress. Sound bites that lead one to believe he's about to drop the hammer on someone with NO subsequent hammer drop. IMHO he's been a huge disappointment. Maybe if he keeps supporting Nunes and helps him get the truth out about the 'wiretaps' I'll be forced to change my opinion of him. Hope so.
