Multiple polls show that the GOPs Ryancare healthcare plan is even more unpopular than the perpetually unpopular Obamacare plan or the Democrats 1993 Hillarycare plan, says FiveThirtyEight.com, which analyses polls, surveys, and data.
The GOP overhaul is much more disliked than the ACA [Obamacare] and [President Bill] Clintons health care reform bill were when they were first introduced, the site reported. March 23. Across nine surveys, the [American Health Care Act] has garnered an average of just 32 percent in favor compared with 45 percent opposed.

It appears his Ryancare bill was meant to fail.
Is Paul Ryan deliberately sabotaging the Trump presidency?

Polls: Hillary more popular than Trump.
The NYTimes has a story on this today—it was Ryan, Pence and Priebus who convinced him to go with this bill as his first legislation. None of those guys have his (or IMO the country’s) best interests at heart.
The only hope is that Trump learns the right lessons from this—and then acts on them.
(That he’s continuing to bash the freedom caucus in his tweets this AM is not a good sign, however...)
This is completely stupid but it reveals media influence as reflected in the spin of polling questioning and the resulting numbers.
97% of people do not have the slightest idea what is in Ryancare, plus it is not settled, so how can they like it or not like it?
It’s just all BS, all the time.
Let this RyanCare fail, and let Obamacare explode, then have President Trump come in with his bill for the American People!!!
Just tell me straight up. Is Congress exempt from the provisions contained in this bill? If so, I’m against it. If not, I’m for it. Maybe.
This is the real reason why the GOP is having such a hard time passing the bill. My own GOP rep. has had a running poll on his website over the last week or so, and it’s running about 70% against the Ryan bill.
It’s really hard to take these clowns seriously any more. However, truth be told, I stopped taking them seriously back when the R’s controlled the congress and the executive branch and removed all doubt that they were merely a part of the #uniparty.
My solution to all this was to get some acreage in a county where I don’t need building permits and can pretty much live without any government intervention. I even cancelled health care insurance. It’s been a very nice time. In many very positive ways, it’s like living in the 1950’s, but with all the modern conveniences.
Not on FR. seems like the majority here want it passed believing Ryan will take care of problems down the road..
Laughable.
They MAY take care of the Vet issue that happened this week..but will they still give it to illegals.
Ryan wanted to hang this turkey around Trump’s neck to make him a one term President.
NYT saying Pence and Kushner against the bill...thus giving them cover.
Another article said Bannon against it..giving him cover.
Trump owns this one.
“By evening, Trump sent his top lieutenants to a dramatic meeting on Capitol Hill on Thursday night with an ultimatum: he was done talking. According to Representative Chris Collins of New York, a top Trump ally, White House budget director Mick Mulvaney told House Republicans that Trump wanted a vote.”The president has said he wants a vote tomorrow, up or down,” Collins said.
Trump demands support in do-or-die Friday vote on healthcare plan (POLITICS | Fri Mar 24, 2017 |)
They gotta pass it so we will know what’s in it, right?
Sounds like his plan.
We need to repeal, and replace with the Market. Trump should say Government is getting out of Health Insurance, and let people decide.
If first you don’t succeed, try, try again.
Ryan must be removed as Speaker. He is a worthless piece of dung.
I think the polls are meaningless because most people have no idea what’s in the bill, but I think it’s unlikely a House member is going to support a bill that is only supported by 30% of his constituents.
