Last night we highlighted a Fox News story which suggested that Devin Nunes expected the NSA to deliver a "smoking gun" which would prove that the Obama administration spied on the Trump transition team, and possibly the president-elect himself, as early as today.
Moments ago, Nunes fanned that speculation by holding an impromptu press conference announcing that he'll call both FBI Director Comey and NSA Director Rogers before a closed session of the House Intelligence Committee to discuss topics which "they couldn't answer in a public setting."
So Nune’s “Big Bombshell” today is Manafort will go before the committee and there was no “Wiretapping”. Told you last night they Got to him.
“He lied that Hillary didn’t have the “intent” to mishandle classified info..”
Notice no one asked him just how he knew what was Hillary’s intention. Disregarding the concept that intent doesn’t have anything to do with guilt.
Officer: “You were doing 55mph in a school zone.”

Proving intent would have been easy.
She had over 1,000 instances of classified info on her server, over a period of four years.
For her not to have intent, the jury would have to believe that she didn’t recognize a single instance of those 1,000 classified messages as being a national secret.
Because if she realized even one instance of it was classified, and then KEPT ON doing what she was doing using her server, that demonstrates the intent to mishandle classified info.
We don’t even have to get into the question of whether she was negligent.
Comey better not stiff arm Nunes because if he does then whomever has the “original” 47 or so hard drives will have to release it to the public even though they contain highly classified information. I’m wouldn’t worry about a Constitutional crisis; we had that with Obozo for 8 years so what’s the big deal? Everyone has to come clean here and let the chips fall where they will. I did hear that Obozo is flying out to the Cayman Islands this weekend!
Nunes said the FBI still has not agreed to his request to provide its intelligence reports on the Trump transition team.

I agree. When Comey said they were re-opening the Hillary investigation, it was a reaction to not knowing what information was on Weiners laptop. He was covering for himself.
I’m having a hard time trying to figure out why Rogers visited President Trump against his boss’s wishes the day after the inauguration. There’s gotta be a reason for that because Trump tweeted about the wiretapping shortly thereafter. I originally thought he spilled the beans to Trump but his latest actions seem to repudiate that. This is like watching a soap opera!
I doubt if it will disappear. Freedom Watch must have kept a copy of all the evidence obtained by the whistle blower; they wouldn’t be that stupid would they?

That would assume that the Intelligence Committee is searching for the truth. They already know the truth. They know that there is nothing to it. They have known this from the beginning. They are after President Trump’s scalp. They are running out the clock day by day on the Trump Administration. This is being done also to clearly show those who voted for President Trump that their votes do not mean crap, unless they vote the way the Establishment desires. Another bonus, from their point of view, is that get to humiliate and demean those who voted for President Trump.
Hannity has had a lady on named Sarah Carter regularly for the last 2 weeks. She behaves in a way that screams credibility and she has broken scoops from her sources about the FISA warrant, the surveillance, and the unmasking. Based on her, I am convinced there is a genuine serveillance scandal breaking here and that Ninez is getting genuine information.

Scrubbing her server alone, proves intent. It proves she intended to keep the information intentionallpy secret from government oversight agencies. That is just one proof. Rudi Giuliani, Napolitano and several former prosecutors all emonstrated myriad proofs of intent from Hilarys actions.
