Proving intent would have been easy.

She had over 1,000 instances of classified info on her server, over a period of four years.

For her not to have intent, the jury would have to believe that she didn’t recognize a single instance of those 1,000 classified messages as being a national secret.

Because if she realized even one instance of it was classified, and then KEPT ON doing what she was doing using her server, that demonstrates the intent to mishandle classified info.

We don’t even have to get into the question of whether she was negligent.

Scrubbing her server alone, proves intent. It proves she intended to keep the information intentionallpy secret from government oversight agencies. That is just one proof. Rudi Giuliani, Napolitano and several former prosecutors all emonstrated myriad proofs of intent from Hilarys actions.
