I think it’s safe to say that this wasn’t leaked by anyone important. Anyone with an IQ over 70 would have released it to someone in the media who actually has an audience.

The FBI should have already confiscated the return (and envelope) from Maddow. They should be going over that document the same way they would go over a letter with anthrax or some other ILLEGAL content.
If the return was placed in their mailbox, then it was mailed? An even bigger crime I believe.
