You are 74 years old
Right now you’re probably wondering why we forgot to mention Frank Sinatra. Fair point.

Well, I guess if you were into those, you’d be hitting 90-ish.
But I love the big bands too! And play a lot of them on Friday nights here in the Canteen!

We had a couple of cold days, but hopefully it will warm up by the weekend and we can go to the dog park.

Hi Luv!
It says I’m 52. I’m actually 57. I think it was identifying Kenny Loggins as a light FM star and Deathklok as the cartoon band. Loggins betrayed his rock roots and I refuse to recognize that the Archies ever existed.

I'll give you an idea of the music that means the most to me.
On Sunday, I crossed the border to Vancouver to see Harriet Krijgh (cello) and Magda Amara (piano) perform a program of Mendelssohn, Schumann and Rachmaninov. (On Sunday I posted the video of Harriet playing Bach to Austrian cows that were mesmerized by the music.)
The final piece on Sunday's program was Rachmaninov's Cello Sonata, one of my all time favorite pieces. I found this video of Harriet and Magda playing the slow movement of the Rachmaninov to a Dutch audience. At the summation at 4:56, I found myself reaching for my handkerchief.
Rachmaninov: Cello Sonata in G minor, Op. 19, third movement, Krijgh & Amara
