Schaffer called out Obama and said he probably did order the wiretaps. Rumors of this hit the dark web months ago but it never became public. He also brought in former CIA Director John Brennan into the mix.

I bet he’s right. The media has been portraying Trump as an ignorant buffoon since the beginning, and maybe they have been saying it so long they have begun to believe their own b.s.

I have no experience with intel government,espionage or anything else of the like. I do however, have a lot of experience with common sense and am a very good judge of character.... I just said the same thing at about 9 o’clock this morning to one of my best friends (who was also a freeper)...there’s no way he would have tweeted that without having a full arsenal of evidence and information! I also think he had it before it Jeff Sessions recused himself and possibly there is a way for Sessions to actually prosecute this since it had nothing to do with Russia and that is what Sessions recused himself from.
More will be revealed I am sure, and I’m sure Trump is not going to be caught with his pants around his ankles.

My only issue is that it's doubtful Obama himself actually ordered the wiretaps. He doesn't need to. When it comes to these types of sketchy activities, he hires people who know exactly what to do without being told to do it. It's how he keeps his hands clean.
When you drive the getaway car you are a co-conspirator in the armed bank-robbery, murder and multiple felonious assault charges even if you had no hand in walking into the bank and shooting the guard to get everyone's cooperation.
This is not just a “smoking gun”, it is a nuclear detonation carried in by a ballistic missile, with a full radar track back to the point of origin.

And what would that evidence be? Could it be that the recordings were made, and not destroyed? It would seem to me that if the recordings still exist, or if the FISA warrant can be produced, then it's a slam dunk. But I have a hard time believing those haven't been destroyed.

1. was there an intelligence “tap” on trump/trump tower? yes or no
2. who requested it?
3. who authorized it?
or trump already has the answers to these three questions and is setting the perps up.
