Obama caught lying AGAIN. White House sources inside the Obama administration acknowledge that wiretapping was conducted to spy on Trump during the 2016 Presidential election.

There were Russian waves during the election.

Hillary called for a “no fly zone” in Syria, which implied she was for shooting down Russian jets. MSM never confronted her on that.

Hillary said “military action” was justified in light of the “Russian hacking” of the DNC.

They were trying to tie Trump to Putin/Russia during the campaign.

Saw this woman last night on Jesse Watter’s show that Kimberly hosted make those statements. She is no conservative and is a lieral mouthpiece. Her source was all but named as being in the WH. The other thing that floored me was on Judge Jeanine’s show Mary Anne Marsh dropped another one in that Trump was being investigated, can’t remember if she said tapped, starting in June of 2015.

What I found curious is that Watters was not there and no mention of where he was. I saw him slice and dice Juan Williams the day before and he said he was going to be there.

Fact: 2nd FISA request WAS approved! Which authorizes tapping phones etc.

Why would Obummer regime go through trouble of 2nd FISA request and then just sit on their butt and not go through the taps? After the humiliating defeat of PIAPS, it was the only thing the Rats could do...to find some nefarious collusion by the Trump team with Russians.

And where is the evidence that DNC emails were leaked by Russians? Because 17 agencies run by Obummer said so? Unnamed sources again? Where is the evidence?

Sounds about right. It would reveal that the Russians had nothing to do with the hack. The hack was likely conducted by disgruntled Bernie supporters.

Not exactly. The president can snoop without a warrant against, for example, the Chinese embassy, or the Swiss embassy. Aldrich Ames was snooped without a warrant, and IIRC, that case was an impetus for creation of FISA in the first place.

All that said, snooping without a warrant as a means to enforce criminal law, e.g., campaign finance or banking, well, that is outside the president's power, without a warrant.

HOWEVER, there is no penalty for the government snooping without a warrant, other than the evidence can't be used in a criminal trial, depending on the judge of course, each judge follows his or her own path. The civil penalty attached to government snooping without a warrant is toothless, although Trump could and maybe should sue. It would make political hay if nothing else.

So, Russians may very well be involved in orchestrating a vast” bash everyone’s heads together round Robin”! The Russians leak something about one politician to another politician or agency, then they leak or provide conflicting info to another politician or and agency, perhaps knowing that they are being surveilled by other agencies’ eaves dropping ( politicized agencies) then they stand back and watch as the US paralyzes itself into knots. Such a situation leaves us leaderless and disunited as a country and worse, opens us up to military attack that we will not be able to respond to in an organized way, and thus destroyed under heaven as a nation!
