No, they won’t.
The monster fringe is no longer just an element. It has become the party.
They are going to primary any and every non-ideological office holder that does not meet their purity standards.
Here’s the thing, 2016 was the uprising election against the establishment. The Republicans standard bearer against the establishment won.
The Democrats standard bearer against the establishment was crushed under the weight of the establishment. Notably, the super delegate system.
People didn’t love Bernie, they hated Hillary.
We ripped off the scab of this problem, the Democrats have not.
Their problems have just begun.
