How can Lynch sign an EO? Isn’t an EO signed by the POTUS and no one else?

Martha McCallum is having a townhall from Jacksonville, FL on her show, 100 Days, tonight. I haven’t been watching the show and quit watching the show she was on with Hemmer in the a.m.’s some time ago b/c of their snarkiness on Trump. I may dip in to see how it goes - I have a remote and I know how to use it.

From what I heard, Lynch signed off on Obummer’s EO on Feb 3.
I flipped to MSNBC for a moment to see what was being reported.
Evidently Trump provided an interview to NBC at the viewing of the museum.

They were interviewing a republican (black) named Ronald ...?
While they were talking with the host and another person, the third person, named “Louise Mensch” supposedly from the UK started twirling her finger next to her head indicating that Trump was crazy!

I don’t know and that’s what I was wondering, but that’s what I heard on F&F this a.m. Wonder if it was a memorandum and not an EO? But, I thought they said EO. I think I read that she signed it in one of the articles on FR I read.

This came up before and Puerto Rico did not want to become a state. It seems they get many benefits as it is without being a state. Do a search on FR for Puerto Rico.

Enforce the laws that are there. Try it for awhile and observe the results. There may be no need to do a lot beyond that. Tweek here and there..many ILLEGALS will leave. Be welcoming to LEGAL immigrants that want to become AMERICANS.
I know it came up before, was discussing with LS Granny how I approached Pence back then and asked him why he wanted it also.
