How can Lynch sign an EO? Isn’t an EO signed by the POTUS and no one else?
From what I heard, Lynch signed off on Obummer’s EO on Feb 3.
I don’t know and that’s what I was wondering, but that’s what I heard on F&F this a.m. Wonder if it was a memorandum and not an EO? But, I thought they said EO. I think I read that she signed it in one of the articles on FR I read.
I’m going to see if I can find more info on it.
