Write a new EO.
Immediately file an objection to it in the court of our own choosing, which would hopefully nullify the 9th circuit by pronouncing the EO valid.
By owning “both” sides, would that effectively shut the traitors out of the process? Just a thought.

Trump should direct that all refugees from the seven banned countries be taken to Washington State for resettlement.
So why doesn’t Trump do a new executive order declaring a 30 day halt to all refugees entering the country? On the 29th day, do it again. And so on.

The Trump administration is acting like they do. I don’t understand the current back-and-forth.
The state court is saying that if a federal action is unjustifiably harmful to their state then they can block the federal action.
As I’ve said elsewhere, the Trump administration has time to work this out without being heavy handed.
My question is, how can the Supreme Court possibly ignore the case that I linked to?
Because if they do, we are in the Twilight Zone now.
More specifically, Trump should use eminent domain to grab up the properties in the judge’s neighborhood and establish a resettlement camp there.

I agree. He should address the nation. Explain exactly what the bad guys intend to do and explain exactly who it is that’s letting them into the country.

Unfortunately, with maybe one or two testicles between them, I’m not sure the Republican congress would back him up on anything major (like “Okay. All immigration stops RIGHT NOW, and if you don’t like it, stuff it.”).
