The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals announced they will issue a ruling on President Trump’s temporary travel ban.
Washington Judge James L. Robart filed a temporary restraining order on President Trump’s refugee ban from seven terror states.

This would be a good time for CONgress to summons these judges to read the LAW in front of Committee UNDER OATH and then explain themselves, IMPEACH AND REMOVE
If as a result of this any person enters the US and kills any person(s) these three and Robart should be charged with facilitating.

Stupid and impulsive. There are four votes on the Court to uphold this ruling - that every person in the world has due process rights in American courts over issuance of visas, the ability to sojurn in the US, and (next) the right to due process over green cards and (I’m certain) voting.
A 4-4 tie fixes this so-called opinion as Constitutional law.
Trump needed to consolidate his power base before doing this. The enemy battle plan is now clear - Trump, Bannon, Kushner, Conway against all the Democrats, most of the Republicans, and all of the Courts.
That is where you are repeated the error that has been believed for years.
COURTS DO NOT MAKE LAW....They interpret existing law.
This is why we are living under judicial tyranny. We all, including me, believed that lie.
If they interpret the existing law as it stands, it is a clear win for Trump.

This is about the sovereignty of the People to make the laws they live under, through their representatives in Congress assembled, as opposed to overeducated pinheads channeling John Lennon.

Yes, we are going to have to demand this of our Congress critters. If not, the leftists will continue to run and cry to leftist judges, impeding things like security for our nation.
It will put the leftist judges on notice, if they want to be obstructionists, they better have the Constitution on their side or they are kicked out in disgrace.

Of course I don't believe courts make laws, legitimately - but they do it every day.
This is an attempt to overthrow of the government and the President of the United States of America.
This is only a TRO. It goes back to the trial court - the government needs there to make it's case better. Then when the injunction is final, appeal and then take it to the Supreme Court.
By that time maybe even at McConnell's turtle pace we will have the 9th member of the Supreme Court.
The best thing would be for the Republicans to meet in continuous session until they get Gorsuch confirmed, hopefully in time that Trump can appeal this order.
