The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals announced they will issue a ruling on President Trump’s temporary travel ban.
Washington Judge James L. Robart filed a temporary restraining order on President Trump’s refugee ban from seven terror states.

the case was brought where it was because it would go before the highly-leftist ideological 9th circuit court
so the PLAN is clearly to have the 9thC vote against DJT
BUT THE JUDGES, AS IDEOLOGICAL AS THEY ARE, CANNOT BE BLIND TO THE FACTS that
1. DJT’s immigration order is consistent with the Constitution
2. DJT’s order is speficically authorized by existing law (statutory authority)
3. DJT’s order is beyond the court’s jurisdiction to overturn, being as it is a matter of national security AND border control... matters courts have long recognized as outside their jurisdiction or expertise to decide
4. The Court would disgrace itself and increase the public contempt for itself, if it were to “politically” overturn the valid DJT order
5. The Court stands to lose more than half of its national impact ... as Congress already is considering splitting most of its (vastly over-sized) territory away from it to set up a new court
6. The judges would be held personally responsible by the American people for all future terrorist murders and bombings caused by the NoGoodNicks any such “overturn the limited delay on entry” ..... order... would enable

that the 9C court pulls a surprise on the DNC/SorozNazis and upholds the DJT order
we will soon see (and I admit that the 9C court is already so discredited for its extreme leftist politicized decisions that maybe the court will decide that its reputation has no further distance to fall)

It’s a judicial coup, really. Dark days indeed for our nation.

I guess that means that the Judicial branch now has the power of the Executive branch when it comes to immigration?

The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction when a State is a party, but Congress has given the States an option of filing in a District Court. So the State of Washington could have filed this case in the Supreme Court, but chose to file in a District Court. This was likely done because the District Court and the Ninth Circuit would be easy wins, while the Supreme Court could go either way.
This is insane. If an enemy attacks us, are we supposed to wait for permission from judges to defend ourselves?
I cannot see Breyer, Ginsburg, Sotomayor, and Kagan overturning their comrades in the Ninth. Do you?

I hope Trump calls Kennedy right now, with Sessions sworn in, and gets right to the Supreme Court.

We must also demand that the 9th Circuit be split up and these renegade judges be impeached and removed.
Trump should just issues a somewhat differently worded ban. This is an illegal action by out of control judged.
