so the PLAN is clearly to have the 9thC vote against DJT
BUT THE JUDGES, AS IDEOLOGICAL AS THEY ARE, CANNOT BE BLIND TO THE FACTS that
1. DJT’s immigration order is consistent with the Constitution
2. DJT’s order is speficically authorized by existing law (statutory authority)
3. DJT’s order is beyond the court’s jurisdiction to overturn, being as it is a matter of national security AND border control... matters courts have long recognized as outside their jurisdiction or expertise to decide
4. The Court would disgrace itself and increase the public contempt for itself, if it were to “politically” overturn the valid DJT order
5. The Court stands to lose more than half of its national impact ... as Congress already is considering splitting most of its (vastly over-sized) territory away from it to set up a new court
6. The judges would be held personally responsible by the American people for all future terrorist murders and bombings caused by the NoGoodNicks any such “overturn the limited delay on entry” ..... order... would enable

I am betting
that the 9C court pulls a surprise on the DNC/SorozNazis and upholds the DJT order
we will soon see (and I admit that the 9C court is already so discredited for its extreme leftist politicized decisions that maybe the court will decide that its reputation has no further distance to fall)
I say in response, go Nuc the cloture rule, put the Judge on the Court tomorrow without any hearings.
