Tuesday evening, President Donald Trump nominated Neil Gorsuch for deceased Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia's long-empty seat. On Wednesday morning, liberals woke up, did the math and realized it was time to be concerned about Ruth Bader Ginsburg's fiber intake. Also bone density. Also exposure to airborne viruses (Madame Justice, what is your flu shot status?), and salmonella, and slippery ice, and also: Has anyone heard how scientists are coming along with a Zika vaccine? "I'm very interested in this." says Jeanette Bavwidinski, a community organizer in Pennsylvania. "I'm interested in what her daily regimen is. Like, what are you all feeding RBG? Is she getting enough fresh air? Is she walking? Is she staying low-stress? What is she reading? Is she reading low-stress things?" "Can she eat more kale?" asks Kim Landsbergen, a forest ecologist in Ohio. "Eat more kale, that's all I can say. We love you. Eat more kale.

Kale is nasty tasting, fit only for garnish. I’m like you I’ll take the NY Cheese Cake.
Kale would give me GI PAIN FOR DAYS! It is NOT Gastroparesis friendly NO FIBER IS, also called delayed gastric emptying, is a disorder that slows or stops the movement of food from the stomach to the small intestine.
Actually, she needs more formaldehyde.
Thanks for the heads up re:kale.
My thinking on diet goes like this. Our ancestors going back a million years did not eat kale. They did not eat rice, wheat or other grains. Agriculture is only 15,000 years old at most. Our ancestors go back 1.5 million years, which is 100 times longer. Our bodies work best when we imitate the cave man’s diet.
Which means eat fruits, root vegetables which taste ok raw and occasionally gorge on meat. Food was scarce for the cave man, and he did not eat from wake up to sleep time. Eating grain products and potato products throughout day is why diabetes is running amok. Type II diabetes is not due to lack of insulin. It is due to developing insulin resistance due to constant bombardment of insulin in blood by frequent eating.

Eating grain products and potato products throughout day is why diabetes is running amok. None of those were available for the cave man. Type II diabetes is not due to lack of insulin. It is due to developing insulin resistance in muscle cells due to constant bombardment of insulin in blood by frequent eating. When muscle cells can not utilize insulin, the sugar in blood does not get consumed.
Probably true, since only time I get sick is after a flu shot. But Medicare pays for it 100%, so like a Pavlovian dog, I get it every year. Mostly to give some business to my doctor since I have no ailments needing a doctor.
Remember the movie psycho? RBG even looks like his dead mother in wheelchair.
Yes Albion, I distinctly remember about Ruth wanting to migrate to NZ, since I was contemplating the same thing if Hillary had won.
I thought kale is sea-weed.
Very true, the Paleo diet works best for me. But I’ve got to be able to chew it to paste, or it doesn’t digest well.
Gastro has taken most food away due to the pain on not being able to digest it. It forms balls Bezaors in the intestines and then they have to cut that section out.
Some of it comes from Vaccines too.
