Those pre-cooked chickens can make many a meal. We start of with drumsticks and thighs each (they are small), then the breasts go into a variety of meals. Always get about 6 dinners minimum out of them, and the dogs get the skin and bits and pieces over their dry food, when they condescend to eat a little dry food.

Sorry to hear this. Makes me wonder if a soft neck brace would help you.

The 2 inch size would probably steady your motion. It would also help support your head and comfort your neck when this vertigo appears. You don't need the extra effort of holding up your head along with trying to not move quickly. I have never had vertigo so my two cents probably might not be an educated guess but perhaps worth trying. I have poor bones and a long neck. I have missed you all so much.
I have been pretty ill with a severe reaction to a new medication, it just wreaked havoc on my system.

My legs had severe edema;my eyes were all but swollen shut,
I had horrible wheeziness and so forth.

I am slowly getting better and hopefully will be 100% real soon.
If you could spare a prayer for me I would be very grateful!
