The D.C. housing market is about to tank. Doing to be a lot of out of work insiders now on the outside.

The EPA: Nixon’s worst idea. It should be abolished entirely and the od Interior Dept should be in charge of monitoring block grants to states for oil spills and other environmental clean up chores. Oh, and their enormous stash of guns and ammo should be sold at public auction.
