I recall that she thought Sarah Palin was a great lady.
She’s suffered from diabetes for years.
That is a very poorly worded headline.
I always felt sorry for her - yeah, I know she has had a great life in many ways - but I bet her son’s suicide in 1980 haunts her to this day.
Mary Tyler Moore and throwing the hat up in the air was iconic.
Don’t know her politics but I enjoyed her on her shows.

I think her hair style at that time was influenced by Jackie Kennedy.
As a child, I watched that program with my mother, who was about same age as MTM.
She related that they did that scene in live traffic, almost spur of the moment...hence the pedestrian woman in the backround who stared at her.
Classic.
She made good shows and was fun to watch.
She appeared on Betty White’s show a couple of years ago, and did not look at all well.
