I know a “dreamer” who was deported in 2009. He was the only child born in Mexico, his parents became citizens but nobody thought of doing anything to change his status. He can’t even visit the US until 2020.
He spoke flawless English along with his native Spanish, he was well educated and has done quite well in Mexico working for American companies.
I heard a LEO call in to a radio station and talk about the acquisition of a TIN as a way for these people to set their residence in order. A personal TIN.

Illegal aliens cannot apply even for legal status from here, much less citizenship. They must return to their own country to apply like everybody else.
It does not matter how long they have been breaking our laws, there should be no special accommodations made, how are we going to deport the parents, uncles, cousins, etc.?
I’m looking at those who have been educated here, attend universities here, or have contributed.
Any others with a criminal record or history of living on government largess especially on the dole in CA or elsewhere needs to be deported.

The personal TIN is usually the way an illegal alien applies for and illegally receives the child income tax credit. It does not legalize their residence.

We have paid to educate them. If they are intelligent enough to go into fields we need (SJW need not apply or women’s studies for that matter), there must be some application of the law or a fix to the law to keep them.
