If you feel like that for more than 4 hours, you’re supposed to call your doctor. LOL
“They have no where to go but up.”
They could join Airhead America would be a-okay.
Ah jeez... so CNN realizing that its completely out of touch, decides it needs a few new “conservative” commentators... and it goes to Santorum???? The guy who tried to buy his last election with bribes to unions, political groups and everything else and lost by more than 20 points????
I know there are folks here who like this guy, but I gotta tell you folks, but this guy is no conservative, not fiscally, not governmentally.. he firmly believes that the government should be activist and pass laws to meddle in peoples lives.. he just thinks they should do so for the causes he believes instead of the causes liberals believe in....
As much as you are celebrating PA going for Trump, understand that the people that know him best, the people of PA soundly rejected this guy, and I do mean SOUNDLY... and we did so for a reason.
CNN want’s to offer a truly different perspective occasionally, feel free to give me a call... NO I won’t move or fly to NY or ATL but I’ll happily remote in and give my perspective on any issue you like and I guarantee it will be more in touch with what is going on on the ground than just about any of your conservative commentators... they all showed themselves to be hacks/partisans and full of themselves... Jeffery Lord is about the only one of your pundits, on both sides of the aisle that seems to have any semblance of commons sense.
You’re wrong. Don’t know if he gave you a wedgy one time or something but not sure where that came from.
And he is about as far right as anyone has ever been on that network.
Disagree. Some FReepers like so few people they can count them on one hand :)
What about Mary Katharine Ham?
All Those Kids sold out for 30 pounds of silver
Post of the week!
Santorum fights for social conservative values... but he does them in very un-conservative ways... trust me, the people of PA tossed him out on his ear with one of the most, if not most, devastating losses ever for an incumbent senator for damned good reason.
I don’t dislike him as a person, but I am telling you right now, he doesn’t have any ability to offer any major insight... I swear CNN you want to realize why you are out of touch, you need to look harder than a Santorum... S.E. Cupp, and most of the rest of your conservative commentators are absolutely worthless... just like your liberal ones...
As I said elsewhere Jeffery Lorde seems to be the only one on CNN the anything close to what passes for common sense on either side of the aisle for them.
No, fake news station! You can hire Jonah Goldberg or Bill Kristol and I still would not watch your station. The move is so pukingly obvious! Make your dingbat leftist reporters earn their credibly again by reporting the news objectively. However CNN/fake news you will need to claw your way back from the bottom of the cesspool. Hard work to earn back the respect of the American people. Not sure you limousine leftists like to work that hard.
She didn’t irritate me as much as most of the other “conservative” pundits, and she wasn’t as much of a shill as S.E. Cupp... so she would be closer to Jeffery Lorde in that she didn’t come completely off as an RNC talking point parrot... but she didn’t overly impress me either.
Haven’t turned on CNN really since the election, and probably won’t until the next one... Gave up largely on broadcast news, because its garbage... the whole lot of it... FNB was actually my main go to for coverage... and I won’t turn that on again probably until the next election cycle either...
I do think that if you had maybe 4 or 5 of the pundits in a room, and they didn’t know the cameras were on, you might actually get some intelligent analysis out of them.. but most of them are just talking to hear themselves talk and don’t have the intellectual depth, or critical thinking skills needed to be anything but a parrot... and that’s both sides of the aisle.
I think if you put Axelrod, that older lady, forget her name that is always with him, Lord, That younger guy with the eyes too close together, and Maybe a Ham and they didn’t know the cameras were rolling, you actually might get a real discussion... Of the entire panel GENERALLY these are the ones that tend to posture the least... and I would even be willing to accept Brazil, who often does give up good info.
But the majority of the rest of them, are just parroters, aren’t critical thinkers, aren’t able to really offer anything useful to the discussion other than the talking points of the DNC or the RNC etc...
Van Jones is by far the most racist person on tv, his rant on election night was the most unabashed racist thing EVER said on a news network, and not one person, not one called him on it... he should have been not only called immediately for it by the rest of the folks there, but CNN should have summarily fired him... but since his diatribe was against whites, no one batted an eye or did anything....

Interesting?
the best the loser could do was hire a loser
What, did Rick even fail as a lobbyist?
Santorum exposed himself as a complete fraud when he endorsed Arlen Specter over Pat Toomey in the 2004 Republican primary.
No, that’s not why he got sent packing.. that’s the reason folks who don’t live in PA like to throw about, because they honestly don’t know what they are talking about. Santorum did what a good soldier does, when asked by his general in that case.. he showed loyalty to the party... Other than a few hard core folks, that didn’t really bother most of the electorate.
Santorum had MANY MANY issues, over his actions over many many years... he got tossed because all the slimy games he had played over the years finally caught up to him.
HE has a lot of children to feed, I guess.
Fitting. Probably the only folks that would hire him. Wrong gender for MSNBC.
His followers are the same pair that watch CNN ...
Maybe CNN figured hiring Santorum would be their chance to change their reputation from “fake news” to “real news”. ?
