Not gonna bother reading it.

Considering their murder rate......they obviously need to use a LOT MORE FORCE.

Judging by Shitcongo’s murder stats, the surface of reasonable force hasn’t even been scratched.

absolutely unbiased

The DOJ said it heard from more than 1,000 community members and over 90 community organizations while investigating Chicago's police.

I just heard on Laura Ingraham how the DOJ “invesigated.”

They put an ad out for police brutality complaints and America’s indigenous urban peoples show up in droves to lodge “serious but unverified” reports and they then use these “serious but unverified” reports to come to their conclusion.

Sounds vaguely familiar.

I heard that the chief of police wants to see proof that an investigation actually took place because he claims that no one from the justice department ever questioned him or his subordinates about policy and that they are going after him on the policies of enforcement. I suspect that we will find that this has no actual investigation behind the findings.

Chicago is happening. And DOJ decides to crack down on the cops.

If they conclude CPD used excessive force, it will be more difficult to reduce crime and the murder rate.

...oh....and it provides the Chicago Mob with a free hand.

FWIW: A statistic I heard on a local AM radio show is that 95% of the murders in Chicago are committed by 40 or so individuals.

Message to Chicago cops - have that extra donut and take your time with your coffee on calls, especially to the South side.

NOBODY has your back there, and you are a political and criminal target. Don’t put yourself at any risk.

Chicongo can get worse if the police are told to back off.
That seems to be what the Obamunists have in mind.

“DOJ: ‘Reasonable cause’ to believe Chicago police use excessive force”

Ah, so THIS explains the massive murder tally!

The problem is that there are not enough policemen getting killed or injured. That is Discrimination. Death and injury should be democratically evenly divided between arresters and arrestees. Its only fair.

I am thankful I have not been in the situation these cops have to deal with. With gratitude to those who face those situations for a living, I do not blame them for erring on the side of what those of far away from danger might deem was "excessive force". And I especially take a dim view of such allegations in a report made in cooperation with groups that are openly hostile toward police.

Watch the crime and murder rate get even higher now that the DoJ has officially labeled them as “abusive”. 0bama needs to go live in the area where he was a “community organizer” and see just how well its organized now.

“The pattern or practice results from systemic deficiencies in training and accountability, including the failure to train officers in de-escalation and the failure to conduct meaningful investigations of uses of force.”

No, it results from their being no serious consequences for improper use of force, because there is criminal collusion in the police department (and the state’s attorney office) to protect each other from those consequences.
