Hugh Laurie absolutely roasted Donald Trump and the entire Republican party during his Golden Globes acceptance speech tonight.
The actor won the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Series, Limited Series, or Motion Picture Made for Television for his work in The Night Manager, and he began his speech by saying “Thank you first to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for this amazing honor. I suppose it’s made more amazing by the fact that I’ll be able to say I won this at the last ever Golden Globes…I don’t mean to be gloomy, it’s just that it has the words Hollywood, Foreign and Press in the title.”

I hate sports, and I hate Hollywood. I’d love to give the old fart Laurie a slap to his sagging, flappy jowls and yank out the last handful of hair.
He was more like able in Wooster and Geeves. At least in that series he played more like his real self.
I think he was the doctor on “House” that pleaded with a raped girl to have an abortion in one episode. She did.
Why give these morons air time on FR?
You have to know who they are. Like it or not, Trump barely won and these people still have influence to American children.
To say he roasted Trump is a stretch; he merely gave voice to the collective angst and neurosis of the left in Hollywood.
OK, so they think we might take away their mojo, no biggie!
All we need to answer is “BE afraid, be VERY afraid.”
He is aging very badly. But I have to be honest. NONE of the Trump jokes are going over very well. That’s a good thing.
It’s kind of like going to the zoo. But it’s cheaper. And the exhibits come to you. And you won’t get hit by the handfuls of dung they throw.
