Although President Barack Obama has acted more like a king than elected representative of the people, it seems that his tyranny is finally catching up with him. In fact, Congress most recently gifted Obama by putting him in his place with a nasty, last-minute surprise on his way out the door – and it must be downright embarrassing.
For those unaware, the United Nations (U.N.) most recently passed a resolution condemning the construction of Jewish homes in Jerusalem. Of course, the second it came out that Obama helped to encourage it – and maybe even put it into motion – well, it’s safe to say that not too many people were happy about it.
In short, Obama made it clear that the Muslims in the nearby area take precedence over the Jews who live within the confines of Israeli. Effectively reversing years worth of longstanding U.S. policy on the matter, Obama is facing backlash from countries around the world and even Democrats and Republicans at home.
Unfortunately for Obama, his last ditch effort to legitimize the terrorist efforts of Muslims just spectacularly blew up in his face. As Washington Free Beacon (WFB) reports:
Congress is already setting the stage to cut off U.S. funding to the United Nations in the wake of a contested vote last week in which the Obama administration permitted an anti-Israel resolution to win overwhelming approval, according to congressional leaders, who told the Washington Free Beacon that the current administration is already plotting to take further action against the Jewish state before vacating office.
As if that wasn’t enough of a message for Obama, Congress may not even stop there. “Other punitive actions by Congress could include expelling Palestinian diplomats from U.S. soil and scaling back ties with foreign nations that voted in favor of the controversial measure,” WFB continues.
Americans fork over hard-earned, mandated taxpayer dollars that make up a whopping 22% (more than 1/5th) of the U.N.’s entire budget. Leeching a massive $3 billion every single year (more than what 185 other countries combined), it seems that the U.N. is in line to feel the effects of their bad decision.
Tyrants and agents of destruction like Obama have been trying for years to weaken relations with Israel while supporting the nation’s enemies. Things were on shaky ground for quite some time. However, a now emboldened Obama – thanks to his disgustingly blatant “don’t care” attitude on account of his oncoming exit from the White House – is trying to do his best to ruin relations for good.
Unfortunately for him, America isn’t going to stand for it, and Congress just put him in his place with a deafening message. Obama may have been elected, but he most certainly does not represent the will of We the People. It’ll be nice when this tyrant is relinquished of all the power he once frighteningly had. It’s time for a real American to take charge.
The UN is almost exclusively a Moslem forum now. Everyone else in the General Assembly is just audience with no real input. The Security Council is the one check with the few and becoming fewer sane adults in the organization. That check has gone dead. Now the only differences in viewpoint in the organization are those between Shia and Sunni and they mostly are united against the Infidel which is all other nations and cultures.

I’d welcome him doing that because it would then follow that his entire presidency was a fraud and that everything he did was illegal. Trump, batter up, kill it ALL!

According to this vaguely worded article, these measure are being considered in Congress (by whom and how many?) and “could” happen. Meh.
Congress needs to do it pronto.
May I ask you a question? Other than the security council veto option, what benefit does the US gain from membership?
It seems to me the world is in flames, being raped, homicide vest explosions, runaway vehicles, knifed, etc., etc. All indications point to the UNpeaceful of the peaceful religion being the common culprits in a vastly overwhelming proportion of situations. How has the lack of UN action to counter Islam been any good for US or the rest of the world? Or has there been actions taken I am UNaware of? Thanks.

Muslim countries are also UN member states, so they either know or are complicit with all the stuff going on.
The UN has been a useless tool ever since it’s creation in the aftermath of WWII. The Korean War was it’s first big effort and look where it stands to this very day. They have never been more than a club of thugs, despots and criminals trying to get US and the rest of the West to give them money for over 60 years...............
