Water skiing looks like a lot of fun but you sure do need to be in shape to do it. I tried it once and never again.
I came up and kept right on going forward, slamming into the water face first.
After a few seconds, a voice in my head said, “Let..go..of..the..bar..or..you..will..drown.” ROTFL!

Since then, just being a passenger on boats watching others ski has sufficed. :-)

Oh the pain the first days of summer at the lake...The muscles were yelling big time..LOL

That’s a good choice! It’s beautiful to watch!

I was afraid of something like that happening. I think that has kept me from a lot of fun but daring things. The thought of what MIGHT happen is always in my head. LOL!

I imagine anyone who skis does feel the pain quite a bit at the beginning of summer. Ouch to think about!

I am Hockey. Should of known.

I was much more daring in my youth and everyone else was skiing and having a blast.
My problem was being so skinny as a kid and just not having the muscle power to get up and not keep going forward.

Must have been a show for everyone on the boat. I could hear their guffaws before the boat reached me and they plucked me out of the water. LOL

Believe me...I am no athlete...Slalom water skiing is my only accomplishment.

Only thing I was accomplished at was track in junior high. Being tall and skinny with long legs gave me an advantage over the other girls. LOL

Other than that, nuttin’. And nowadays, there isn’t an athletic bone in this ol’ body.

Hmmmmmm, if there was ever a cat litter box scooping competition, I could probably take home first place!
