BEIJING — Implementation of the Iran nuclear deal should not be “affected by any changes in the domestic situations” of countries involved, China’s foreign minister warned Monday, responding to US president-elect Donald Trump’s threats to abandon it.
The agreement, signed in Vienna in July 2015 and in force since January 2016, was the signature diplomatic breakthrough of Barack Obama’s second term. It calls on Tehran to curb its nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief from the US and other nations.
Trump has promised to tear up the nuclear deal once in office, calling the agreement under which it was implemented — the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action — the “worst deal ever negotiated.”

China, Israel, and the rest of the stupid world needs to understand that Obama was just masturbating with his pen when he illegally signed the Iran deal. The Iran deal is not a binding treaty because was never ratified by the US Senate and is therefore not a binding under our Constitution. I believe the leadership of Congress and the Senate even warned foreign dignitaries that it was not binding in a lette. Therefore China, Iran and any other countries don’t like it can STFU.
