HARRISBURG, Pa. Green Party-backed voters dropped a court case Saturday night that had sought to force a statewide recount of Pennsylvanias Nov. 8 presidential election, won by Republican Donald Trump, in what Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein had framed as an effort to explore whether voting machines and systems had been hacked and the election result manipulated.
But later Saturday night, the party announced itll go to federal court instead. A statement from the lead lawyer for the recount campaign says itll seek an emergency federal court order for the recount. It says barriers to a recount in Pennsylvania are pervasive and the state court system isnt equipped to address them.

What are the odds that Stein (aka CLINTON-SOROS) will get a ferrel judge to agree to force a recount in PA? Pretty darn good with all the activist judge Democrat appointments under Obozo.
Did they go judge shopping?
Yeah yeah THAT’S the ticket!
Yeah they waited ALLLLL this time. Thats why no one ever even said so much as a peep about the 20 thousand votes. They were all silent....
That’s BULL$HIT that will not fly..., and YOU KNOW it.
Your side lost and you are now attempting to steal an election with a candidate that had less than 1% of the vote.
Pittsburgh and surrounding counties are tiny in population compared to Philly and surrounding counties.
Thank you sir!
billyboy15 is full of crap, and I’m not buying 20 thousand votes not counted for one second.
Not very good. It’s over, and they know it.
If her complaint is that the filing fee is too high, even if she wins that point, all that would happen is that the fee would be lowered. Then she would have to still go to court and show evidence that wound madate a recount. She has none.
But with Rat judges, all things are possible.
Hmm, I stand corrected. I thought Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, etc., counties would be much higher in population than counties surrounding Allegheny, but they really aren’t.
billyboy15 is correct, and you two are mistaken. There is nothing suspicious about either the number of votes or their makeup.
A Federal Court is not going to rule that the bond demand by a state court is too high. Nor are they going to demand it be lowered. Those are not issues that Federal Courts have jurisdiction over.
The crazy wacko left appears to want a civil war.
I’m sorry I’m not buying the bull you are selling for one second.
No mention of it what so ever from ANYONE..... And then all of a sudden 2 days ago 20 thousand votes just pop up all for Hillary.
LIAR LIAR....
Yep I’m. beginning to think users like FredZarguna and Billyboy15 want a bloodbath in this country.
If they steal it from President-Elect Trump..... It will not go down well.. it will not go down well.
I agree.
Even taking this to SCOTUS wouldn’t work. One or two of even the most liberal judges will side with the fact that SteamFork Stein hasn’t exhausted all her state-level remedies. She could have made the bond; she didn’t.
There is a reason these votes are relatively rare here. Namely, because votes not cast on election day or absentee votes which arrive after election day are relatively rare if they are legitimate.
Then what are the barriers that she claims to exist?
—
Yes, and you know most of them are fraudulent. Dead, multiple vote or illegal aliens voting.
She is true scum, we all know there is nothing in it for her but money from the clintons and soros
Clinton is the true scum. Republicans are her enablers for not decrying her tactics. Expect similar tactics whenever Democrats lose a presidential election. Thanks Al Gore.
Yes, she is mental. Stein in all of 65-66 and she was an MD until about age 50. Since then she has been running for this office and that since 2002. Hell, she ran for Gov of Mass at least twice. This habitual loser has had all of a couple local board or council jobs. What sane person would keep running for office unless this is her money making job? I say she’s a con artist or totally mental. Maybe both. Some in Mass must know of her.
