No mention of it what so ever from ANYONE..... And then all of a sudden 2 days ago 20 thousand votes just pop up all for Hillary.

Other than the fact that Philadelphia County would produce about 2500 TOTAL of these votes if it were run as honesty as Westmoreland County's election board operates.

There is a reason these votes are relatively rare here. Namely, because votes not cast on election day or absentee votes which arrive after election day are relatively rare if they are legitimate.
