Matthew Blanchfield, CEO of 1st In SEO, a search-engine optimization company, has established a code of business that states his company openly practices discrimination and xenophobia.
Blanchfields position states: If you are a Republican, voted for Donald Trump or support Donald Trump, in any manner, you are not welcome at 1st In SEO and we ask you to leave our firm. To our Democrat and Progressive clients, we want to recommit to you that we will continue to work diligently to improve your Internet marketing results in this quickly changing world.
There is no gray area or ambiguity pursuant to Blanchfields public articulation of discrimination. His bigotry is condemnable, and his smug intolerance is emblematic of white and/or black supremacists who practice racism and xenophobic exclusion.
A few questions need to be answered here. How does Blanchfield propose to find out who people supported? Does he propose to have perspective clients and/or employees fill out paperwork stating if they are Republican or Democrat? Will he have a questionnaire that demands a person state how he or she voted? What about those who are presently employed or serviced by his company

Politics and business and profit should always remain completely separate if the target market is truly just consumer oriented. To do otherwise is business suicide, IMO.
Just a liberal doing what liberals have always done.
By progressive standards he is guilty of discrimination and needs to be sued into a dumpster.
By my free market capitalist standards he has a perfect right to refuse to associate with anyone for any reason.
And suffer the consequences.
These are mostly people who came out of some university program in the 1990s...which makes you wonder what exactly they learned during that period. There’s some missing sense of value or understanding over what the companies purpose is.
I don’t see how the board can continue on with this guy leading the company. He needs to go, and probably just buy a car-wash or landscaping service. He’s just not CEO material in my humble opinion.
1) Party registration is a public record.
2) Campaign contributions are also public records.
3) People are also chatty on social media.
A company whose CEO really wanted to find out the political leanings of specific employees could do so. Keep in mind, though, that this works both ways.
Is it a public company? Everyone buy a share an launch a class action suit the next time this idiot doubles down and opens his mouth.
a True CEO would do what is smart for their company. Not react to their own personal butt-hurt feelings!
So, are you saying that those “WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE” signs should be once again posted? Seems like they don’t carry much clout currently. ;-)
One would have to be a complete idiot to put personal politics above company profit and responsibility to stakeholders if the business is supposed to be or should be apolitical.
Is this even a big company? Are there even shareholders?
Its going to be funny what happens if the Dems and Progs actually succeed at collapsing Western civilization and rule of law.
Some people have long memories and will want revenge for the country getting ruined.
Its not too difficult to imagine a RWOL SHTF “Walking Dead”-like Negan situation where a bunch of simp Progs are on their knees and get taken out by a baseball bat one at a time.
In such a situation, someone like me won’t be interested in excuses like “We didn’t know any better” or “We were misled”. Someone like me would avenge the people their policies killed.
As he is not discriminating against any protected group no harm will come. We need to stop this “protected group” nonsense.
Blanchfield is a fool.
“I am successful, so all must be like me to be successful.”
Foolishness.
EEOC Guidelines for Discrimination
https://www.eeoc.gov/laws/types/index.cfm
No mention of “Creed”
Definition of creed
1
: a brief authoritative formula of religious belief
2
: a set of fundamental beliefs; also : a guiding principle
Have the Libs expunged “creed” from Race, Color or Creed as a basis for Discrimination......because is obstructs their agenda?
Yes.
Well, no....THAT woulds be wrong. /s
If you have a business and refuse to serve a Trump supporter you will be a hero to the media and get national free advertising.
Unfortunatley you would also lose half (if not more) of your customers.
This CEO should be fired for these comments- as they are NOT in the best interests of the company
The free market case for not suing this guy is greater when the business is small and the employment market is truly free. But what do we do when leftists, pre-selected by our leftist credentialing system, worm their way into control of most major businesses and begin to discriminate against us? We cannot form our own General Motors, U-Tube, etc., to hire us. Will conservatives end up restricted to farming, fixing things, etc.? Bottom line: some government intervention if going to be needed.
All employees mentioned should head directly to the local EEOC office and demand a ruling of discrimination and then contact the local activist legal agencies to sue on their behalf. The more suits the better, bankrupt the company in the courts the way the libs do conservatives.
