Per Pennsylvania regulations, there is only one way remaining for Jill Stein to get a recount in Pennsylvania and it is a complicated process. BillyPenn reports that Stein would have to file for a court appeal and present a “prima facie case” showing that voter fraud took place. While prima facie has a lower burden of proof threshold than “beyond reasonable doubt,” it is still significant. Stein would have to prove in court that fraud was “probable.” This is going to be very difficult given that even the computer specialists recommending the recount say there is no proof of hacking or fraud...

Yes, I saw your post about that on another thread. I agree - nothing is going to move until she pays the money to start the process.
Last I saw, the state of Wisconsin was still coming up with a dollar figure to charge her. It's my guess, the money will be paid, once the amount is known.

... If I am not mistaken, I believe that If the Recount goes past the Dec 19th electoral vote .... Then the States Electoral votes would not be counted in this election and would become null and void and deleted from the electoral count. This would change the results of the election.

Trump still wins the Presidency if the electoral votes of MI, PA and WI do not get counted. Per the 12th amendment, the majority electoral college vote number would be adjusted downwards. The total number of appointed electoral college votes would change from 538 to 492 if all three states electors are unable to cast their ballots due to court disputes.
The number of EV’s required to win the presidency would change from 270 to 247. As of right now, without these three states, Trump has 260 EV’s - Hildebeast has 232 EV’s, a 28 EV lead. Trump still wins the EC majority by 13 if all three states electors are unable to cast their ballots
Only way Hildebeast steals this is if she somehow is able to steal PA + either WI or MI. Then she would have to block the 3rd state from casting its EC votes to narrowly win the EC majority. Stealing WI + MI (26 EV’s) and blocking PA still leaves her 2EV’s behind Trump and he would win EC by one vote.
She will not likely be able to steal any state in the recounts - most likely she could hope to deny their electors from voting for Trump but like I pointed out, it would not stop Trump from winning the presidency.
My belief is that Hillary put Stein up to this, has a legal strategy in mind, has prearranged lawyers and activists to carry it out, and arranged for Stein’s funding via Hillary’s investors. At minimum she wants to cast doubt on Trump’s victory, undermine his mandate, and promote a few more months of Democrat riots and whining. These keep her in the public eye, and makes her feel all better. She likely believes she will prevail and become President.
In PA, Jill Clinton need not pursue recounts in every county — indeed she probably wouldn’t want to. She’ll go after “recounts” in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, where her voter bases are centered, and the local apparatus, judges, etc., are sure to help her cheat. In all states, she will also shape the recounts to allow imaginary “judgement of voter intent” yet no examination of whether many voters were even legally eligible, or cast their own votes. This will not be a fair process. Trump needn’t panic, but Republicans had better fight as if this is a real threat.

How do two aging, unhealthy, slimy people “come back?” My bet is that they are either both dead or severely incapacitated before the next presidential election. Now they don’t have the controls of the party and the new people are going to take over. They will be lucky if someone doesn’t give them both a Polonium milkshake as payback for loosing after they were paid off.

I believe that is Trump’s intention, and they know it full well. A last gasp before the consequences.
