The Detroit Free Press said the recount “will be a monumental task for the Secretary of State and 83 county clerks around Michigan” and that the state will hand count each ballot if a recount is requested.
Michigan’s recount rules say that a candidate “who believes that the canvass of the votes cast on the office may be incorrect because of possible ‘fraud or mistake’ in the precinct returns may petition for a recount of the votes cast in the precincts involved.”
Michigan charges $125 per precinct for a recount. Opposing candidates can “submit objections to the recount request to the Board of County Canvassers,” Michigan’s recount rules say.
In contrast, Wisconsin does not mandate hand counting of ballots and uses a mixture of electronic machines and paper ballots. Pennsylvania is one of a few states to rely almost exclusively on electronic machines without any paper records.

If the recount process falls flat and Trump can find proof of Hillary involvement in the recount process - as in Hillary and her backers urging the recount, Trump should go ahead with the prosecution.
She can cherry pick PA counties and precincts. I would not be surprised to see close to 100k new ballots found in the Philly area with a 90%-10% count for Hillary. Three weeks is plenty of time to discover those “missing” ballots.

Trump should demand a recount in California to throw out all the illegals who voted.
Up to now I have not heard ONE word from Trump regarding the recount affair. Not ONE word. What’s up? Anyone knows?
Deadline has already passed in PA for requesting recounts or recanvassing in county elections offices (you can’t ask the SOS for a statewide recount in PA).
Stein’s only chance of getting a statewide recount in PA is to go before a judge Monday and must present evidence either of fraud or wildly different vote count totals between recounts and earlier counts in order to contest the election and get a statewide recount. Stein has to wait till the SOS certifies the election before she heads into court.
Since she admits she has no evidence and missed the well known county recount deadlines, the judge has no choice under PA law but to deny her request. The law is specific in that evidence of wrongdoing (fraud) or count issues MUST be presented to the judge at the time of your request.
Only a crooked judge would allow her challenge of the election and recount request to go forward without her having evidence!

I think the media and hillary lulled them into a false sense of security.
See Trump and his team were fighting HARD up until the election. then he thought he won and Hillary conceded quickly. but Then Trump and his team stopped fighting and making sure the election got certified in his favor. However Hillary and Soros and their teams kept plotting and fighting and building all this. And The Trump team has no idea all that they did in those 3 weeks and who knows how much longer they've been working on this coup. And still the Trump team are lulled imo. So I see big trouble

It's a moot point. No election recount has ever overturned more than about a thousand votes. She's not going to get 68,000 votes in Pennsylvania, and with PA Trump wins.
