How is Jill Stein aggrieved?
She has the same chance of winning before or after a recount:NONE

In some states, the candidate for a party must get a certain % of the votes to qualify to be on the ballot in the subsequent election, I believe.

I don’t know what the threshold for that is and whether or not Stien met it.

Right, just like no candidate but McCain had ‘standing’ to challenge barry’s qualifications for potus. They told us that he was the one and only aggrieved party.
