Jill Stein, the Green party’s presidential candidate, is prepared to request recounts of the election result in several key battleground states, her campaign said on Wednesday.
Stein launched an online fundraising page seeking donations toward a $2m fund she said was needed to request reviews of the results in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
Stein said she was acting due to “compelling evidence of voting anomalies” and that data analysis had indicated “significant discrepancies in vote totals”.
Her move came amid calls for recounts or audits of the election results by groups of academics and activists concerned that foreign hackers may have interfered with election systems.
Donald Trump won unexpected and narrow victories against Hillary Clinton in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and may yet win Michigan, where a result has not yet been declared.
The loose coalition of academics and activists, which is urging Hillary Clinton’s campaign to join its fight, is preparing to deliver a report detailing its concerns to congressional committee chairs and federal authorities, according to two people involved.

I was briefly acquainted (through a mutual friend, now a conservative Freeper) with her some 30 years ago. A mild-mannered know it all who smilingly knew best.
She is intelligent, but also blind to anything outside of her adopted Green/Left mindset. I saw her in an interview on FOX during the campaign, and she was excellent at diagnosing existing problems, but her proposed solutions were 100% off the wall. And, I would agree, they were much closer to a Bernie/Clinton position than a Trump position.

When Podesta came out and said, we are continuing to count the votes, and every vote counts, go home, I figured we were in for another recount like in 2000.
Was very surprised when Trump came out a short time later, and said that Clinton had called to congratulate him. I expected her to fight tooth and nail.
I am not sure what happened behind the scenes, but it seems that there is a difference of opinion between her staff and the Clintons. This would make sense, if the Clintons were told their number was up, and the only way out was to accept the results, or face prosecution.
That would mean that the top staff who are involved wind up being swinging, while the Clintons skate. So naturally, they want the recount, so they can produce the additional votes, they were trying to manufacture that night.
Just one possible scenario.
Nowhere near as flakey as Gary Johnson and Bill Weld, two far left democrats posing as "moderate" republicans and running as libertarians. Bill Weld actually ENDORSED Hillary during the campaign. Those two cucks pretty much destroyed any sliver of credibility that the Libertarian party might have had.

I don’t think she has standing to request/require a recount because most states require that a recount has a chance of making a difference in the outcome for the person requesting the recount. She obviously has no chance of winning in any of the states she is requesting a recount.

Ahhh, fraud for Hillary. Now that makes sense as to why linked article below reports the current administration does not want Hildabeast to contest the election. If there are only a couple of counties that this article sees as suspect, does every county have to recount and verify voters in a state?
