We we heading out to Lake Conesus in Upstate NY and I had been told that a friend of Dad's might have his boat there.
I had my heart set on a boat ride, but something happened and it fell through. There was a nice amusement park at the lake and we went there, which normally would have thrilled me to death.
But, having my heart set on a short boat ride, I opted to be miserable and mope my sorry ass off while riding the rides and eating the cotton candy.
Instead of a short boat ride, they get an all-day pass to the amusement park with something for all and they refuse to see that they are getting a better deal than they could have hoped for. Maybe 4 years will open a few eyes...

Pay attention to the methods Soros used to knock over the half dozen governments he has overthrown around the world. He is using the same methods here. It has already started.

Look, here is the real deal.
We already KNOW and should be able to ANTICIPATE their tactics.
Why do we always come off as either ...ignore it or outraged by it, or shocked by their behavior?
We complain about the “leadership” doing nothing and are relying on Trump to be our pitbull in this fiasco, but really it is up to us to shut them down. Period.
It is time to send these coddled snowflake liberals to their rooms with a few of Rush Limbaugh’s history books.
It is time to start demanding “professors” teach their assigned classes and not indoctrinate the progressive agenda, it is time to put an end to all these touchy feely classes students are ‘required’ to take.
It is time these wonky professors filling these kids heads full of this mush to be brought to PUBLIC account.
It is time to demand students be truly taught how to handle a gun, instead of being in mortal fear of them.
It is time to teach rural affairs, instead of ‘urban affairs.’

Brings up an interesting point. Do you thing the libtards realize just how much they are enabling President-elect Trump? They are "crying wolf" at anyone and everyone associated with him.
Granted, they have been doing this for 8+ years, having completely diluted "racist" to a badge of honor, not a slur. Having worn the race card into ineffectual dust they are now expanding their go-to arsenal of vitriol and unfounded reflex-accusations. These too will soon become little more than a background drumbeat of liberal frustrations.
Back to the enabling part. What liberal socialists/fascists are really doing is a disservice not only to the people they attempt to slander, but to everyone. Suppose President-elect Trump were to appoint an adviser or two who actually did have worrisome characteristics? Who would know? How could anyone ever get that point across? Real cause for concern would be lost in the noise of all the liberal manufactured and exaggerated BS.
I realize that the modern liberal agenda is predicated upon pushing people to react with emotion rather than reason. Has been and will continue to be unless and until their ruling elite can come up with some better way to manipulate and sway their sheeple. But there is a downside to this approach - the gradual desensitization of the sheeple. Like a drug addict needing an ever stronger fix to get the same high, so too the power elite require ever more stronger words and emotions to induce the required levels of mistrust, envy, and even hate necessary to manipulate their minions. For far too long they have used unfounded slander not as a warning against leaders with poor character, but as a means or attempt to discredit those they don't agree with. (real accepting of diversity there, aren't they, but I digress)
Eventually, sooner for some, later for others, this wild hyperbole stops becoming persuasive and instead becomes theater of the absurd. I'm reasonably sure that when President-elect Trump is sworn into office that illegal immigrants are not going to spontaneously burst into flame; or that muslims aren't going to run lemming-like into the sea fleeing the Country. Women's nether regions aren't going to ... well, you see my point. But to hear some libtards tell it, these kinds of things and more are in store for us under a Trump Presidency. Too late libtards. When you loudly lament the sky is falling, I reach for the popcorn, not an umbrella.
