As of early Wednesday morning, Clinton had 58,909,774 total votes compared to Trumps 58,864,233, according to CBS News and CNN. The tallies will continue to change but Clinton holds a 47.6 percent lead compared to Trumps 47.5 percent.

So if you are out of the country, in the military, ill or for some other reason can not vote in person your vote usually is not counted.
Take CA, IL and NY out of the mix and Trump wins by 5,000,000 votes.
Since the AZ votes have not been added, at least the results are still not counted, it would put him over the top, I think.

Though as I understand it ME has one EV for each of the two districts then two for whoever won the state overall.Thus it was 3 Clinton 1 Trump not 1 Clinton 1:Trump
So Nebraska and Maine have a system where the winner of each House district gets the electoral vote for that district, while the overall winner of the state gets the two "Senate" electoral votes.
